Is it true that 30% of military women serving are raped, 71% are sexually assaulted, and 90% are harassed?

bullsh!t my job specifically is about 95% male, and i've not ONCE have been raped by any of them, sexually assaulted or harassed. i know a couple women in the US military that have never gone through any of that. those numbers are way way wayyyy to high to be even close to being accurate. sure it happens, but not 3/4 although, there are alot of girls who say that that stuff has happened and it hasn't. keyword: girls, not women. i dont believe it, never will hollyy

don't listen to the BBC too much ok? 20 year US navy vet here, retired now... there are rape cases like everywhere but nothing like those numbers.... that just baloney!

some girls would call getting hit on "assaulted" by "some creepy guy" NO, 90+% of women are fine in the military, and plenty get raped outside the military as well

I was an Infantryman, and it's reports like that that makes it hard for men to help women when they are injured. A lot of guys are scared to treat a woman for injuries because of the sexual harassment claims, even when it needs to be done to save her life.

Those are the numbers. I don't know if that is equal for all branches tho. I'm in the AF and I have never seen anything like this. I have only been in two years tho. And those numbers don't say it is committed by fellow service members, the article just give examples of that. And the truth is the military is a cross cut of society, we have every crime you have in your home town we just get scrutinized more for it. And no one should think crimes like this go unpunished or are encouraged. We do sexually assault awareness training all the time.

That is bs if I ever saw it. There have been some cases of this type of thing happening, of course, but it is NOT common. I grew up around military men, and the majority of them have an outstanding amount of respect toward women, and they show that respect to the women they serve with.

i only believe the 90% is even remotely possible, and its just jokingly, like "hey baby, wants some of this?" plus those women are highly trained. I'd be scared they would snap my cock off. I'm just sayin.
