Anyone know anything about pennsylvania law?

well i need help to see if my ex can keep me from my son, i have a dna test to prove im his father, and now i have his birth certificate with my name on it aswell...just wonder if anyone can tell me what my rights are, and if its KIDNAPPING if i see her in a puplic place and take the kid? .....near the pittsburgh area

You and your ex need to go to court and establish a custody/visitation agreement, she cannot legally keep you from seeing your child. But get an attorney and go about this legally, you cannot just grab your son off the street and take him. Do that and you'll jeopardize any future custody or visitation rights you have, the court will see you as an unstable threat to the child's well being. More importantly, if you don't have shared legal custody it IS parental kidnapping and you'll wind up in jail.
