How can I find out what sentence my neighbours were given at a magistrates court?

You would be best advised to write to the court explaining your interest (as being the original complainant of the nuisance) and asking for a memorandum of conviction. Officers of the court are not authorised to give this information over the telephone, but as a person with a genuine interest in the case you would be considered as entitled to receive the details in writing. Otherwise, you could ask the environmental health department officer who had conduct of the case.

If you know which court they were in, and the case, you can call the court. They will tell you because once the case has been heard it is in public and there for in the public domain and is open to the public to see / read the out come.
