What is magistrates court like?

13 mths into Australian Family Court: Will I see my kids again with corrupt magistrates like Bowman & Denmack?

• Family Court orders in Australia are worthless! Over the past 10yrs, my ex-partner has been making a lot of child abuse allegations against me and stopped me from seeing my children for periods of time. She has made claims that I took photos of them naked, masturbated them, knocked my daughter unconscious (which she claims she took her to the hospital), and broke her arm and jaw. Police and child services have investigated all these complaints and found them to be false (you cant claim your daughter was knocked unconscious and had to be rushed to the hospital and you had your jaw and arm broken, without some type of medical report). We had a family report, and the psychologist discovered that my ex's ex-partner had been an abusive alcoholic who was physical with her and the kids. Yet, noone has done anything about him, even though I continue to be interrogated by police. The report says that my daughter was coached into making claims, which later changed. These allegations seem ridiculous. But I have had minimal contact with my children for 13 mths now. My ex obtained temporary DVOs making these ridiculous claims without producing any evidence and obtained full DVOs after I "accepted without admission" because of the ridiculous cost of defending the allegations (even the magistrate said "save your money for the Family Court". Because DVOs have a restraining component, my ex refuses to allow me to see my children and there is nothing I can do about it. Its gotten to the stage where my kids are running away from home just to try and see me. How does she get away with this? Because the law states that the police cant charge a women for making claims that were "reasonably concerned" with abuse. Its bullshit. The police told me they have dozens of parents in the each week being accused of abuse. Even my parents and my girlfriend's son have been accused of molesting my kids. Its out of control. I have done everything I can to defend the allegations. I let the police download my phone and computer. I went for a psych exam and I have done all their ridiculous Parenting Courses. The courts will not let me see my children. Even Magistrate Denmack in Brisbane used my children to threaten me into agreeing to my ex's application ie "you can agree to what they propose, or you will not see your kids again". Im not kidding. I thinks thats what triggered the situation I am in now. Then there was Magistrate Bowman. He actually gave my ex a 14 day extension to produce evidence of abuse and suspended my orders with the children. Then, he didnt file my application, so it was lost. Luckily, my solicitor got it going again. What is going on in the Family Court. They carry on about the "best interests of the child", but is just a deceptive slogan. My kids were abused and I copped the blame. I have no faith in the courts. I have read a lot of cases where people who do this lose the kids, but it is not going my way at all.
