How to be a lawyer?

How soon after a court appointed lawyer with-drawls from my case should i have my new lawyer?

  • at the moment i have no lawyer my previous lawyer has been off my case for over a month and i have not herd as to whom my new lawyer is and for what reason would my court appointed lawyer not be paid after being on my case two months.my previous lawyer said this has never happened in all the years she has worked as a state appointed lawyer.

  • Answer:

If your lawyer did not perform their duties as proscribed by law they would be removed from the case and they would not be paid, the judge will probably end up throwing out the case if they have not assigned a new public defender.~~
