When is my court date?

How long to get court date when being sued? (not small claims court)?

  • i got sued along with walmart by some lady, how long till i get a court date? it wont be at a small claims court due to walmart being involved , or will our trials be seperate?

    There is a 99% chance it will never get to the point where you need to make a court appearance. The lawyers almost always negotiate and settle. It could take a month or a year. Seriously.
