Is it illegal to sign up to site that lets you download and watch all new movies and shows?

there is a site that you can sign up to, they have all new movies and tv shows, you can download them orthey watch it streaming (i assume that they are illegal) on the site claim that they are legal, but i don't believe them, but i signed up and it great, but i'm afraid that if they investigate i might be in trouble, can i be in trouble for this?

You can be held liable if they have your information- yes. If they get caught and investigated you can be a part of that if you have enough information on you. I suggest you not do it. Of course it is illegal.
