My lawyer lied to me thru-out my trial and had me commit purjury. He I feel caused me to lose my lawsuite Help

• I waited 7 years to go to a jury trial after 8 surgeries. My Lawyer the last minuite changed the "game plan on me and and lied to me about what he was going to do or say, and caused me to commit purjury while on trial , knowing so. He got really greedy and also decided to have my Ex-husband as a defendent the last minute which I had NO Knowledge of and he know I would never agree to. My case ended up being torn to shreads by the defense lawyer because of the actions of my "Now" lawyer. I was not prepared foro what he did to me in court, and now he is trying to get a new re-trial, but I have been waiting for a answer on that one for over 4months now, and he refuses to talk or e-mail me. Do I need to turn him over to the Board and find a honest lawyer? or is it to late? He cost me almost everything I had in life , riding on this jury outcome. I know he lied to me , went against my wishes in every way, had me commit purjury on the stand, and know ignores me. I know have lost everything .

  The lawyer can only advise you to do anything, it is up to you to do it or not. If you committed perjury on the stand, being an adult it is your responsibility and nobody else's. As far as lying to you, that may become a he said/she said and be dismissed as hearsay unless you have written proof of what you say.
