Nothing will happen to her except your parents will be made aware of what she has done and will be able to get her checked for STD's and pregnancy. The man/boy will be charged with statutory rape and can also be charged with having sex with a child under 14. More important he should be. She won't get in trouble. She is not of legal age to make the decision for herself. So even if she said "yes" it is still illegal for him,as an adult,to follow through.
