Can you fight a order of protection?
-
My ex is serving me with a order of protection saying I can't see my son and it's bogus I have to be able to fight this please help and I live in Arizona
-
Answer:
When someone applies for an order of protection, there is a court hearing, and both sides address the action, and the judge decides whether to issue the order and if so, what the conditions are Your ex does not decide what the conditions are, and I don't believe he can prevent you from seeing your son. Good luckin my opinion, he is just running his mouth, trying to scare you.
