Can my employer use lie detector or not? what about the law?

They gave me the usually politician answer for this question and treated my intelligence as a child, all except for one. I don't live in a teenage world anymore and don't live on Disneyland world anymore either. They gave me the regular good person hypocrite, lier, deceiving truth that is was made for teens and early 20 ich people to have a little extra for a time to go pass by and get an education. This politicians think they are slick and smart but all they really are is bad people in the image of good people trying to steal within the laws that they pass for the corrupt people that pay for their campaigns for office and get elected. Then when the people come to collect their money for the contributions for that campaign they do not only charge with interest but with law passing favors or they give a a third option that can't be refused. If politicians really had hearts they should be stealing without the law and be criminals that they truly are. That is my personal opinion and they have the edacity to say Mafia and Cartels are the real bad person when they are the same as they are. The other answer is also wrong, immoral, and another regular politician deceiving truth to protect the private section of america. Do you think in China is right to pay them with peanuts which they should cause that is the equivalent that they pay their wages at? Do you think it's ethical, right, to pay them more then the employer should pay for and not a penny less? The reason why american has a bigger minimum wage then China is because we live among the wealthiest people in the world and the poor people would get mad as f about their wages if they were also paid in peanuts and rebel against the government. So no, Employers shouldn't pay for more then it's worth. However they should pay them enough to have a fair life and fruitfull life on Earth as well and not let those rich individual be greedy and keep all the money and just let is sit there and wear and tear throughout it's useful lifespan. Rich people get rich by paying their employees at a minimum wage because they can't find a way to pay them right to be rich. They make the easy way out and pay them with the equivalent peanut wages from the equivalent peanuts price of america instead of the China peanut wage. Life is unfair not because of God, life is unfair because of corruptible people. One answer was right, and I chose him as my best answer. He got my point and didn't lie like this politicians lie all the time. Employers should pay a fair wage instead of a minimum wage and give incentives to go to school and earn even a greater wage and not pay the equivalent peanut wage of China in america. If you want to change the system from within beware, they have all the angels figured throughout human history and it is easier for them to work together and take you out of commission. If you want to change the system, use their tactics to see how they like it too. Hide behind corrupt individuals image and change the system like that. But if you want to do it the right way and hard way I suggest this then. Every play chess. Never let your king or queen out to early in the game. That may cause you dearly. Let the pawns go first and use your knights, rock, and bishop to do the job right. In real life never let your enemies know you are his foe, instead get closer to him to know him and exploit his weakness. Go ahead, state you answers so we can your true nature.

  a miniumum wage is the bottom, so no one can be payed less, a fair wage would imply that any job is worth that same wage band. This would mean that all jobs would base themselves off of the fair wage which would probablies drag down high paying wages and increase low paying wages. This may seem good but you get what you work for. If you want a fair wage based on each job type then it would be necessary for the government to create a wage for each and every different job which will be very costly and time consuming
