How Can I legally panhandle or beg for money in florida? How can i solicit legally, what to do and what not to?

well i know from experiance. When I was in florida, law enforcment would not let you panhandle inside the city, around buisnesses, ect. BUT they would however let you panhandle off the interstate. just hang outside of town, throw up a sign, make some money.

I think you will be in good company... Florida is the homeless capital of the nation, and the laws don't seem to be stopping anyone from panhandling for crack here in South Florida... In fact, sometimes the police officers have been known to drop off the inmates who are released into areas where the panhandling and crack cocaine is more prevalent.

You probably need a license. If nothing else, many cities require a solicitor's license.
