They say there are 33000 Hindu Devta. I am pretty sure total laws/acts counted together will be certainly more than this number. Would advise one thing do not get intangle in this mesh as there are so many laws/acts which Britisher had enacted and they are still applicable reason even Government may not be knowing about all these.

The Question is vague. Under the Constitution of India various subjects are under the jurisdiction of States or Union Govt. Like Agriculture, Education are state subjects on which the Laws are passed by the elected representatives of States. Certain subjects are exclusively Central subjects like say Income Tax and only the Parliament of India is competent to pass Laws on the Subjects.
