Hey, I was wondering is it LEGAL in Australia to do unharmfull Psychological tests on people for a Film?

Hey, I am a Filmaker, and I want to do a new documentary, I want to have some simple Psychological tests in it, and I will go find out soon if it's Legal or not, but I thought I would see if anyone else knows, ( I thought you might need to be registerd with the Australian Psychology Board, to be able to conduct Psychological tests?)

Not particularly illegal, but be careful. If consent is given and tests are performed as described then you are performing LEGALLY. You do not need to have any consent of ANY sort. To be registered with APB you need to have the right qualifications and have a clean criminal record. Good luck with the film, can you tell me more about it? :D
