How much sulphur is in mx diesel? why can the mx trucks cross into the US to work- they have mx diesel !NAFTA?

Under NAFTA law we allow MX commercial trucks to work here in US I do not believe the CBP makes all the trucks dump their diesel to cross. So Why can't we come back with the diesel that cost $2/gal and use it ourselves? I am the trucking co that went down with the 500 gal tank and got across no problem the 1st time and had problems the 2nd/3rd time. I carry 100/gal now but cross numerous times to get my total. Now they are talking about the sulfer level. what about NAFTA. CNN aired that the MX diesel was bad.The MX diesel is not watered down and seems to be clearer then some of the US fuel I've purchased. Their tanks are accurate too. IF the US allows under NAFTA the sulfer rate then why is it a double standard for americans? I don't see anything illegal about what I am doing. I am just trying to survive in this country that is going down fast. and if that means going to another country for help I will do so just to keep food on the table and clothes on our backs.
