Honestly, why is weed illegal!?

• First off, say what you want about how "bad" it is, or "omg dont do that you're gonna die!". The true hippies are the ones who freak out about weed and get angry because people do it and whatnot. Sorry for the vulgar remark but its true, and honestly I myself was like that. I've been taught since I was in kindergarten about how bad marijuana is. All of those "weed kills" videos and stuff. I've been 100% against weed until this past year. It all started from being exposed to it, and being the only one at the party who was freaking out about it. I pretty much spent the whole party going "OMFG THERES WEED!! I think im gonna leave so i dont get in trouble or get any second hand smoke in my system". Then after enoguh parties I realized its not that bad. Then one day I even said **** it, and asked my friend if i can try some of his. It was great! I looked online and researched into it and was very surprised by what I found. First off I will point out the negatives, and yes there are negatives. Obviously it being illegal is a negative. Other than that though the negative health wise is that it does more harm on your lungs than cigarettes. This is true because the longer you hold the smoke in, the more THC gets absorbed, hence the higher you get. Practically everyone who smokes weed knows this already because its how you get high. DID YOU KNOW There was never a reported case of death that was caused by Marijuana? This means no one has ever died from smoking/eating/vaporizing too much marijuana in one sitting. Someone could get high to the point where they are so determined to do something that is impossible, like flying when you jump off the roof. They don't think "what if i can get hurt or killed", they just think of what they are going to do after. So in turn they kill themselves from falling off a roof. I know it sounds a bit extreme, but it can happen. Actually, even though it may never happen im just exaggerating the death risks of weed just for those of you reading who still think marijuana is the "Anti-Christ", I'll have you craving your first toke by the end of this little story. Anyway, in all seriousness, the true major death risk of Marijuana is driving high. You can easily lose consciousness of what you are doing and end up hitting something, or even worse, someone. This risk if you haven't noticed, is actually the same risk as drinking. Driving drunk is actually more dangerous than driving high. A drunk driver drives as fast, and wherever they want. If they get pulled over they don't care if its a cop, they'll say what they want, and get pissed when they want. A person driving high, even high as HELL, usually thinks every single car around them is a cop. They think that you can get pulled over for driving even a mile over the speed limit. They drive with a wave of going from left to right but exactly in the lane. And they practically **** themselves if they find themselves in the view of a cop. The only cop lights people who are high while driving usually see are the ones from the officer who doesn't care how you are driving, they just got the call from headquarters to report to a crime scene, and they just happened to be behind your car when it happens, so it appears at first you are getting pulled over. Someone may even pull over thinking they are getting pulled over, and remain there all night thinking that the cop is trying to trick them so he can charge them for evading arrest as well. In fact, people who are crazy drivers actually calm down a bit and pay attention when high, so they actually drive better under the influence of weed. Now a question I once asked myself was "Why would marijuana be used medically if it is bad for you?" The answer i found was that medical marijuana is delivered using vaporizers. This machine heats the weed to the exact degree that the THC turns into air vapor, so all you get when you breathe it in is THC. Then I came across various sites explaining how THC actually reduces the size of cancer tumors, and actually prevents new ones from forming. Did I mention these vaporizers are available to the public, being listed as "Herbal Vaporizers". Also if THC and Cancer dont mix, i would think when one smokes from a joint or bong, the THC and toxins even out to the same rate or less than cigarette smoking. So smoking Cigarettes is legal and prevents cancer, yet Marijuana is illegal, does less harm to your lungs, and even prevents and removes cancerous material.   its way to easy to grow and they couldnt put a tax on wut ur growing and they only want to make money of us but a bill was signed by obama thats supposed to change legalization of weed from a federal law to a state law making the decision of it being legal or not up the state i predict that if its passed there will be alot of ppl moving around and alot of ppl not happy with their state i'd love to amoke one for everyone here who agrees that weed should be legalized but i'm currently a victim of the system and will be starting my 1 year of probation for possession on april 6 but when my probation is over if it is or isnt legal by then i'll get blazed out my F***in mind for all 420 supporters much love
