Is it okay to use this logo in my podcast?
-
I am starting a TNN (tech news now) podcast, and I was wondering if it is okay to use a modified cnn logo (I have included my idea for one in the link) as my logo. Would this go against trademark laws, or is it okay since the logo is changed? the link to the logo I am thinking about is this: http://img270.imageshack.us/img270/6664/tnn6la.gif Thanks, Nate

Answer:
It's a fine line. A certain percentage has to be changed from the original to make it no longer under trademark laws and I don't think you've changed enough.

Well I dont know much about commercial stuff and trademarks but its different to the CNN logo. I say that since its not the same exact thing you should be safe but be careful though and do some more research on the topic.
