How can Durable Power of Attorney, given by a woman under stress to a conning neighbor be reversed?

  • A woman has been seriously conned by a scheming neighbor and gave him durable power of attorney over her real estate, bank accounts & rental properties. The man and his wife will not tell the woman how much money she has, where it is or allow her access to it. They won't even let her receive her own mail. THEY have a brand new Spyder Car in their driveway. They are threatening her and have been abusively controlling her for months. Can this POA be revoked? If so, HOW? Who can she contact immediately? DESPERATELY NEED HELP PLEASE.
