Can a probation officer take away my visition rights as a father if my son is in trouble with the court?
-
I feel that the state of Indiana gives me rights as a father to have visition with my kids and a probation officer cannot revoke my rights even if my child is under home detention.
-
Answer:
Providing that the child has had no reason to be in home detention because of his parents then there are no reasons why you should not be able to visit. Get legal advice. You can sue.
