How can I get a hardship license?

• Im 16 and going to college, I was wondering if a hardship license will let me do everthing as a 18 year old? I just want something that gives me the rights of a 18 year old so I can take care of eerything myself. I dont want someone telling me that I shouldnt, ive had 2 jobs and took care of my sister like my own daughter, im responsible I dont want to have to ask my parents for help because im too young.

  You cannot, a hardship license is for people who have had their license suspended or revoked so that they can have transportation to and from a job, or school, something that would cause a hardship if they did not have it, however a hardship license still has the same restrictions as your permit/license already has. You do not get any special privileges except the right to drive for limited reasons and in fact you have more restriction with a hardship license than you do with your license/permit.}{
