How can I win a free ticket to Italy?

Help, I am going to court for a parking ticket, how can I win?

  • I was parked in a 30 min truck zone for two minutes and got a ticket because I dodn't have truck plates. I thought it was just a 30 min zone and I am going to court now... how can I win?

    Its just a parking ticket, pay it and move on. It shouldn't affect your insurance and the fee usually isn't that bad.

You can't. You weren't parking legally. The judge won't care if you "accidentally" did it. You were wrong whether you knew it at the time or not. Pay up.

Try having the correct plates for the correct parking spot and you won't get a ticket to begin with. You messed up... pay the price.

You're not going to win. You can't claim ignorance as ignorance is not an excuse to commit a crime. You can plead your case that you were mistaken and they may reduce the fine, but from what I understand they are sticklers about it.

I used to be engaged to a cop for 3 years...and I really don't believe that you can get out of this ticket...you made a mistake and now you must own up to it and pay the ticket...sorry
