Have you even read the article yet? The woman was drunk as well as high. Marijuana has not been linked to drug deaths ever. Alcohol on the other hand kills thousands of people by overdose every year. Even accidental aspirin overdoses claim lives. However, marijuana remains the most benign drug known to man.

I don't even smoke pot, and I'm on the side of legalization. Think about it. She was ALSO drunk. Alcohol is legal. I see no logic behind alcohol being legal and marijuana being illegal. Obviously, have laws against driving while intoxicated--whether from alcohol or marijuana.

So basically your saying they should ban alcohol aswell then since she was drunk? alcohol often overpowers cannabis when used together so I'd say the alcohol caused this. The reasons behind cannabis's legal status are pretty complex you'd have to read up yourself.
