• I have contract saying I am a 50% owner of a company called . Me and My partner or co owner have a another contract with the company that pays us. The company that pays us is a licensed esco called . We need them to sell the energy contracts. We sighned a master agent contract agreement with them Stating our company will be paid 80% off every aplication. The company is set to make 20,000 dollars this month. My partner is trying to get me to sign a new deal, that will make me not entitled to half the profits, and not a owner. I have a copy of are partnership contract stating were co owners, but I dont have a copy of the contract we signed with the esco company . If I take him to court can I win, and get my half? p.s i recorded him saying we signed a contract with them on the phone
