I recieved a mail from a lottery organization that ive won a lottery cash prize..is it true?

• The organization name he mentioned is Euro millions online Sweepstake Lottery International.they said that i won a lottery cash prize of 250,000 USD. actually i ve never participated in these contests and i dont know this organization at all...He gave their addresses in indoesia and holland and sent a copy of certificate through email. he asked to fill that certificate and send a copy back to him with a tax charge of 525 USD. he said that he will send the cheque of the prize money after recieving the certificate and tax money...is this real or fake...can i believe it....he also said that the lottering process is made on collecting about 2 million email adresses around the globe and and taking a draw of 10 email adresses and i am one of them....

In another version, they ask you for account information so they can transfer your "winnings". You give them your bank info, and they use it to access the money in your account.
