I recieved a mail from a lottery organization that ive won a lottery cash prize..is it true?

The organization name he mentioned is Euro millions online Sweepstake Lottery International.they said that i won a lottery cash prize of 250,000 USD. actually i ve never participated in these contests and i dont know this organization at all...He gave their addresses in indoesia and holland and sent a copy of certificate through email. he asked to fill that certificate and send a copy back to him with a tax charge of 525 USD. he said that he will send the cheque of the prize money after recieving the certificate and tax money...is this real or fake...can i believe it....he also said that the lottering process is made on collecting about 2 million email adresses around the globe and and taking a draw of 10 email adresses and i am one of them....

No, it is not true. I've seen two versions of this scam. In one, they make you pay an up front fee for taxes, or an "international transfer fee". You pay the money, and never hear from them again. In another version, they ask you for account information so they can transfer your "winnings". You give them your bank info, and they use it to access the money in your account.

No that is one of the biggest scams right now, and has been for about six or seven years, I am surprised you have not heard about it. They take the tax money and run, or they send you a fraudulent money order that later bounces
