JAIL Funded by the County Holds people who have been found guilty of a crime and are sentenced to less than 1 year. Holds people who have been found guilty in City or County Court and have been sentenced to at least 1 day. Holds people for other city and county agencies. If one is arrested in one city/county and has charges pending in another city/county. Accepts new bookings from their deputies and cities without a jail. If someone is on trial and can not bond out, County will hold that person until the trial is over. This may take 5 years or longer.
