Will i get full custody of my daughter?

Can I get full custody of my daughter?

  • Okay me and my ex-wife like most don't get along. She doesn't like my fiancé and tells me how she tells our 3 year old daughter bad things about my fiance who my daughter loves and gets along with so well she calls her mommy too! She also refuses to let me see her and talk to her on the phone because I'm disabled and waiting for my disability from the VA to come in with my civilian disability so I can't pay child support. The court is aware of my situation and even told my ex infant be arrested like she so badly wants because I can work. On my Christmas break I let her talk to my daughter every day and even let her video chat. I try to be nice to her to spite the ******** she puts me through. She constantly brings men around my daughter and she is pregnant (8 months) with another baby and already has a 4 year old too. Her new ex left her and now she's going to have 3 children with 3 men at 23. She doesn't make enough money to support 3 children considering I'm the only guy she gets child support from cause the other 2 guys don't want anything to do with their kids and i do. She tells me she only gets child support from me cause she wants me to give her full custody! I've told her to go kick rocks! With that said my VA disability is finalized now and i receive over $3,500 a month plus my fiancé is a nurse and makes $45,000 a year. We are having a baby in July but I want full custody of my daughter because I fear my ex will not be able to provide my daughter with the proper attention and care needed as she's going to have a 4 year old and new born as a single mom with barely making more than minimal wage and receiving government benefits. Please let me know as its very important! Thank you!

It full depends on whether you are willing to put in the time and work to prepare. If you are, we can teach you what to do. Let's start here. http://squidoo.com/DenyingFathersAccessToTheirChildren If you get her held in contempt, that is grounds for a change of custody. Also, you do not need an attorney to do it. http://dads-house.org/GettingStarted-FathersNFamilyCourts http://dads-house.org/FatherCustody-CanTheyWin http://dads-house.org/Attorneys-HiringTheRightOne So, what state are you in? http://Dads-House.org http://dadshouseedctr.qhub.com/ http://www.YouTube.com/DadsHouseEdCtr http://www.crckids.org/ For 22 years, I have volunteered my time working with divorced/single fathers dealing in family law issues, such as child support, teaching them about what the states are not telling support obligors. -------------------- Posted to Dads House Facebook Page http://www.facebook.com/DadsHouseEdCenter ♂♀

Child custody laws differ by state. If you can prove that your daughters mother is unfit & that you & your fiancee can physically, emotionally, financially & spiritually provide a more stable environment for her to be raised in the chances of you getting full custody are pretty high. The main factor that the court considers is the best intrest of the "child." I strongly advise you get an attorney if you want full custody of your daughter. Best of luck to you & your family.
