How To Get Water Bill Online?

Is it against the law for my landlord to call my water bill company and get a copy of it without consulting me

• my land lord dosent want to fix the septic line and is accusing me of using to much water. the landlord was obligated to fix asap but didnt. when i first moved in the problem was supposed to be fixed. 2 weeks ago the same thing. he dosent want to pay to fix he said i have to move if the water dosent decrease before next year.

  Unless your landlord is paying for your water himself, there is NO WAY he can tell you how much water you should be using. Think about it, would you ask him what cable you should get, or how high you should turn on your heat/air conditioning? If he is refusing to fix something that is his responsibility, sue him. If he requested a copy of a bill that is in YOUR NAME, sue him as well, that's invasion of privacy (unless his name is also on the bill).
