Food Safety Czar Michael Taylor is the second highest ranking official at the FDA and is responsible for implementing the day-to-day policies that govern the food safety laws for the U.S. Under Taylor, factory farm operators are getting away with serious food safety violations, while raw milk dairy farmers and distributors across the country have been subjected to armed raids and hauled away in handcuffs. Rather than allowing consumer to know what we are eating, FDA has approved new GMO crops and prevented labeling of GMO foods. This is no way to keep our food safe.

    Because there has been a revolving door between the corporate world and the FDA/USDA, etc. Both the democrats and GOP do these appointments? Why because the corporations (who are really running the show) pay the gummint good money (into the billions) to make sure they get these appointments.

EDIT: Dude you just answered my question earlier thanks but trust me i know all about GMO and all the **** they make us eat. I can assure you i grow my own food and eat organic at some times, i avoid all msg related foods aspartame ect... and read to avoid preservative and additives. Ive studied human health and everything the government is doing and what they are planning on doing for several years now im well aware and AWAKE unlike most people thanks for your concern and im glad you are as well. :) Keep it up and keep trying to wake people up even though they are all ignorant ***** sooner or later they will understand..... Hopefully. Like i said the only way to know if your food is safe is to grow it yourself why rely on someone or something else to grow the one thing thats keeping you alive, you will know were it comes from and what has been put in it not to mention it will have more e vitamins and minerals.
