What are some current (undecided) Supreme Court cases?

  That depends upon what you actually mean by "undecided". Do you mean cases that have been appealed but the court hasn't decided whether to accept the appeal or not? Or does it mean cases where the appeal has been accepted but the case hasn't been argued yet (scheduled)? Or does are you seeking cases that have been argued but the decision hasn't been written/published yet? The various states' challenge to Obamacare has appealed and their appeal has been accepted, oral arguments are scheduled for some time next month. The affirmative action suit against the University of Texas is an example of a case whose appeal has been accepted but has not been scheduled (for next term).
