What is Kenya's exports?

Inports and Exports and Truck Tolls. Are those tolls Unconstitutional?

  • Read some articles on how the states are trying to figure out ways to toll the interstate system. And then realized trucks may be exempt from those tolls. Look at these 2 provisions from the Constitution. Article 1 section 9 No tax or duty shall be laid on articles exported from any state. Article 1 section 10 No state shall, without the consent of the Congress, lay any imposts or duties on imports or exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing it's inspection laws: and the net produce of all duties and imposts, laid by any state on imports or exports, shall be for the use of the treasury of the United States; and all such laws shall be subject to the revision and control of the Congress. It would seem that exports are fully protected against taxes from state and federal sources. And while states are allowed to tax imports the problem is that they cannot keep the money. Its earmarked for the Federal Treasury.
