How to separate functionality of Angular directive?

Is the "National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive"of 2007 a prelude to MARSHAL LAW ?

  • The National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive, signed on May 9, 2007 declares that in the event of a “catastrophic event”, George W. Bush can become what is best described as "a dictator": "The President shall lead the activities of the Federal Government for ensuring constitutional government." This directive, completely unnoticed by the media, and given no scrutiny by Congress, literally gives the White House unprecedented dictatorial power over the government and the country, bypassing the US Congress and obliterating the separation of powers. The directive also placed the Secretary of Homeland Security in charge of domestic “security”. Is this another step towards official martial law? (see “US government fans homeland security fears”), which suggests that a new "catastrophic event" 9/11-type pretext could be in the pipeline. • Answer:

Well to tell the truth Clinton got the ball rolling, so to speak, with the whole "Martial Law" plan right after the OKC bombing. He also gave Blackwater USA their first contract in 1997. The Neo-Fascists in both "parties" have been working their way towards instituting a Police State in the USA for quite some time now. Since the American Sheeple have been asleep at the wheel since 9/11 Bush (with the help of Congress) now has all the pieces in place for a permanent Military Dictatorship. Since Bush is really LBJ in disguise (that's a joke dorks) I'm guessing that the "event" to trigger Martial Law (and nuking Iran) will happen next month when Congress is on vacation...just like "the Gulf of Tonkin Incident" in August 1964 that launched Americas full scale involvement in Vietnam.

It's part of Bush's assertion of he unchecked authority as the "unitary executive" -- which is another word for dictator (though I've head he prefers "Decider"). And yes, it's not surprising, given that many people have been predicting a 50-50 chance of this come next fall -- and those pesky elections that would remove him from office.

I would be a liar if I said this directive did not concern me. It is also very suspicious. I believe it is illegal and the only possible motivation for such a move would be an attempt to circumvent any Congressional oversight in the matter. However, I also believe that should he attempt such a move that the next revolution in this country would begin the same day.

This has actually been in place for some time. The Patriot Act gives Bush the power to suspend the '08 election, and yes declare himself dictator of the US. Our current terrorism threat level is considered to be enough for Bush to act on this. Ashcroft told the Senate Judiciary Committee that if they weren’t “with us, you’re against us,” and declared anyone who disputed Bush’s wishes as “unpatriotic,” which intimidated Congress into passing the ill-named act. The events of 9-11 created the crisis needed to pass the freedom eliminating Patriot Act. Emerging evidence points to the fact the Bush Administration may have known, or even been part of drafting, the tragedy so that the Patriot Act could be justified and enacted, giving the president and his secretive cabinet vastly expanded power. It is certainly suspicious that a bill the size of the Patriot Act, which would require massive time and research to prepare, was ready in five short days after the event. Some speculate the bill was already drafted prior to 9-11 and presented to Congress as necessary to “fight terrorism.” As we have since seen, the expanded powers have been enormously abused by including innocent American citizens and vast circumventing of the U.S. Constitution. The Patriot Act has legally torn down the democratic process and paved the way for takeover of the US. Out of cowardice and fear, Congress has become a cheerleader for Bush.

It's time for impeachment. I think the executive order he signed on July 17 is almost worse. I was just talking about this one you reference earlier today. This administration is really unbelievable.

Despite your other posts, this one deserves some serious consideration. Every four years when it comes up again. Every four years when the opposite party from the President claims that he is trying to find a way to stay in office longer than his alloted term. Amazing how many times this comes up. It's still worth mentioning, just in case.

"When all government, domestic and foreign, in little as in great things, shall be drawn to Washington as the center of all power, it will render powerless the checks provided of one government on another and will become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated." --Thomas Jefferson to Charles Hammond, 1821. ME 15:332 "I wish... to see maintained that wholesome distribution of powers established by the Constitution for the limitation of both [the State and General governments], and never to see all offices transferred to Washington where, further withdrawn from the eyes of the people, they may more secretly be bought and sold as at market." --Thomas Jefferson to William Johnson, 1823. ME 15:450 To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that we are to stand by the president right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public. - Theodore Roosevelt "Democracy is two wolves and a sheep deciding what to eat for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote." - Unknown

Well, your right. If our Home Land Security is a fraud to We The Citizens. And they want to shove the New World Order down our throats and don,t care because H.L.S. is getting there pockets lined with Global Payroll Money. Yes your correct. Marshal law is just a push button away. Lets say we are under another well constructed attack plan. Then Bush keeps his seat and Marshall law will be implemented. You know the song from the Rolling Stones. "Your Under My Thumb". Imagine the White house striking up the Band. Of coarse that's IF Home Land Security is a Fraud.

Stop conspiracy - stay with the facts! Read on the white house website: http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2007/05/20070509-12.html NSPD 51/HSPD-20 The US government released a presidential directive which allows the president to remove the separation of powers. A state without separation of powers is called dictatorship, by the definition of the term. There is no conspiracy - it's all very open and in the public, with a straight "in your face" attitude. Time for more to wake up!!! Great Question! Yes, I do believe Bush holds more power on martial law then any other president. I'm sure you do know that a major weather disaster could set martial law now. Peace to you :)
