How can my mom get a Libyan passport?

Once my dad has his british passport off his mom, can i get a british passport of him?

  If your father was born before 1 January 1983, he cannot be a British citizen automatically as women could not pass on their citizenship to their children until after this date. He may have applied for registration as a British citizen as the child of a person born before 1983 to a British mother who, had British mothers been able to pass on citizenship, would have been a British citizen automatically. The type of citizenship he has acquired is citizenship by descent. This means that he cannot pass on his citizenship to any children born outside the UK. So no, sorry, you are not eligible for British citizenship, and therefore not entitled to a British passport..
