How can I find a person by his US passport number?

Social security number is the only way you can track someone, and you would have to forward a letter to the following address: Social Security Administration Letter Forwarding P.O. Box 33022 Baltimore, MD 21290-3022 You will have to have the person's social security number, or date of birth and name of parents so that the person you are seeking can be located. Once you do, you can send the letter to the address above and they will forward it to the person you're looking for (if they are alive). The person you're looking for will then have the chance to reply to you or not.
