Is there immigration coming into canada if your coming from the Philippines?

  If you are a Canadian citizen you can obviously get back into Canada. If you are a permanent resident of Canada, you should get back in as long as you haven't been out of the country so long that you have not met your residency requirement. If you were in Edmonton on a temporary visa, it is a completely different story, although if you got in once, you would have a good chance of getting in again. As for your husband/fiance, that is a much more difficult question. If you were already a permanent resident or citizen, you could sponsor him to come to Canada, but he will be subject to mostly the same requirements as anyone else wanting to come to Canada (criminal check etc.). You will also have to prove that the marriage is genuine. There are many obstacles to overcome.
