Can i travell to nigeria with a travell certificate from a nigeria embassy in stockholm?

I am resident in stockholm sweden,i have a nigerian passport,but i cant find it at the moment,but i want to travell to nigeria...can i travell to nigeria with a travell certificate from nigeria embassy in stockholm to sweden?

You may travel to Nigeria with a travel certificate issued by the Nigerian Embassy in Stockholm. However, you cannot get back to Sweden without your Nigerian passport which has the Swedish residence permit (Uppehållstillstånd) affixed to it.
