Sponsor help for a local teen business?

Please Help... U.K student Visa Questions?

• I have a question, I'm trying to get a student visa in the U.K and my consultancy service keeps insisting that the sponsor's land title and bank statement is needed when i already gave them the income tax return and bank certification and documents (such as sponsor's business permits) of my sponsor( who is a businessman). Are those documents enough in getting a U.K student visa? my sponsor doesn't want to give out his land title documents and a detailed bank statement for private reasons. Aren't a bank certification, Annual income tax return and business permit enough to convince the british embassy that he can fund me in my stay in the U.K? Please help, I really need your advice as I don't want my visa denied...
