Why is the korean embassy email in the philippines wont work?

• I sent them an email for like 4 times, in this address [email protected]. It really didn't work, i wanna know their real email add. So that I could have the answer to my questions, I know you ask that question here, but I wanna know the answer from them. But how? I their email add is not working... and yeah I did called them about it but I didn't heard them very well because there's someting wrong with phone, it crashed off the persons voice whom i'm talking to. hope you could help me with this.. thank you
