Easiest Embassy to get schengen visa - what embassy in Manila?

We were planning to go to Europe and get a schengen visa for us to visit several countries. I'll bring my daughter with me. Anybody could suggest the not that strict embassy and easy to get a schengen visa? How about French Embassy? It would be a great help if I'll bring my daughter with me during interview and we will tell that my daughter loves to see Eurodisney? Honestly, she wanted to see Eurodisney.

Although all the schengen states have the same migration laws, you can apply tourist visa to those countries who has tourist attractions in Europe (But you need to invent a lot of money) for covering your expenses in Eupore during your stay.
