What is scheme certificate?

From whom can i sign the verification Certificate for passport under tatkal scheme?

  • I am living in bhopal and i am student. I want to submit passport form under tatkal scheme. In passport office they asked me VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE ( ANNEXURE ‘F’). But my local TI (Thana Incharge) refuses to sign on that certificate, but another TI from bhopal agree to sign on that certificate. So anyone can confirm me that passport office accept that ANNEXURE ‘F’ or It is mandatory that only local TI should sign on that verification certificate???

    Verification by annexure F can not be issued by local Thana Incharge. You read the application form again. Designation etc has been very clearly given therein . Only persons of that category can issue verification certificate. This verfication is required only for Tatkal. In tatkal passport can be issued pending police verification and not avoiding such verification .In tatkal even after issuance of passport police verification is required.
