Romanian Embassy In Paris France?

French Embassy in London. An utter nightmare! can someone help me?

• Hey everyone, I'm an international student here in the United Kingdom doing Media, Languages and Business. Part of my course forces me to spend a year abroad in France in one of the French university. I chose Paris Nord 13 in Paris. But since all the unis in France have been and still are on strike since Easter, My UK uni couldn't get a hold of anyone there. Just recently , we received an email from a lady who works in the International affairs dept in Paris Nord and she said i should send my application. I have done that 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my acceptance letter to be sent by mail. Now i got all my docs ready for the Visa interview but according to the French Embassy the appointment i booked on the 15th of July is for short stays (schengen visa) and that in order to apply for a long stay visa i have to send them an email requesting an interview. According to colleges of mine visa interview dates are never available when we want them and it depends on the queue of applicants. I tried contacting the embassy via telephone but all the numbers are for automated information services. Does anyone know someone i can speak to directly to explain my dilemma ? I have finished uni and i've been waiting on this for a month and a half and i'm going mad. I really wanna go home and see my parents :( Thanks in advance for your answers ! x
