How do you get citizenship in Bolivia and erase US citizenship so your only a citizen in Bolivia?

Renounce your citizenship. Just pop over to the nearest US Embassy and fill out the papers. However, you can't do it until you are 18. You cannot enter into a contract until you reach your majority.

If your parents were Bolivian citizens at the time of your birth, they should have immediately registered your birth at the nearest Bolivian consulate to protect your rights to Bolivian citizenship. By moving to Bolivia to live you can (as a child of a Bolivian) become a Bolivian citizen based on your immigration status to Bolivia. In order to become a Bolivian citizen you must renounce your US citizenship.

If your parents are bolivian then you are a citizen of Bolivia also. What you are not stating is where you are now located ? Come back to your question.
