And how long would it take to get citizenship in Bolivia and what are the requirements for citizenship in Bolivia? And if it is possible how long would the process take to delete my citizenship in the US and what are the requirements?

My Spanish is not good enough to navigate this entire site. Here is the Bolivian consulate in the USA website. They should have information about citizenship and passports. http://www.bolivia-usa.org/

Renounce your citizenship. Just pop over to the nearest US Embassy and fill out the papers. However, you can't do it until you are 18. You cannot enter into a contract until you reach your majority.

If your parents were Bolivian citizens at the time of your birth, they should have immediately registered your birth at the nearest Bolivian consulate to protect your rights to Bolivian citizenship. In other words, you have a birthright to Bolivian citizenship. You are a dual national, not a US citizen. As a minor child, your parents need to take you, your birth certificate, their proof of Bolivian citizenship, your new passport photos, etc, to the nearest Bolivian consulate, register your birth, and get your Bolivian passport. After you are residing in Bolivia, you need to make an appointment at the nearest US consulate to renounce your US citizenship. The fee to renounce is US$450. Make sure your certification of renunciation is received - and that can take months! Until you receive your certificate that you have renounced US citizenship, you are subject to US income taxes on ALL income from whatever source worldwide. Failure to file your annual tax return and pay US income taxes gets you thrown in jail for tax fraud. Be SURE you renounce US citizenship and GET that certificate! Keep your certificate in a bank safe deposit box as long as you live because you cannot replace it, and without it, you have to pay US taxes. As a minor child who was born a dual national, you should not have a problem with having to pay the exit tax in order to renounce, only the new $450 renunciation fee.

You won't have to if you apply for Bolivian citizenship. -I don't remember the exact words but it read something like.."any US citizen who willingly applies for another citizneship without being under duress forfeits......US right ....????" something, something/// A renunciation of US citizenship should go hand-in-hand with a naturalization process in another country. In fact, it is advised (and practically required) that you obtain full, permanent citizenship in another country before even trying to renounce American citizenship. http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/28201/renounce_us_citizenship_process_and.html?cat=37

By moving to Bolivia to live you can (as a child of a Bolivian) become a Bolivian citizen based on your immigration status to Bolivia. In order to become a Bolivian citizen you must renounce your US citizenship.

If your parents are bolivian then you are a citizen of Bolivia also. What you are not stating is where you are now located ? Come back to your question.
