Does Peruvian citizens need transit visa for airport transit in Madrid?

• Hi, i would like to know whether a Peruvian citizen would need any sort of Visa to transit from Terminal 4S to Terminal 4 at the Mardid Barajas airport? How long would it get to obtain an airport trainsit visa in Lima otherwise? Any experiences? Thank you.

  Peruvian citizen do not need any transit visa for any country in the European Union except for France. You can transit without visa provided that you: • arrive and depart from/to a non-Schengen country • continue your journey to a third country on a connecting flight within 24 hours • hold a ticket with confirmed seats for your next destination • hold all documents required for your next destination • have your luggage checked through to your final destination • do not leave the airport transit area Passengers are transferred in an APM, an automatic underground train, which runs continually between T4 and T4S. The journey lasts approximately 4 minutes.
