Where is the Embassy of Phillipnies?

Where and how do you file a complaint against the US embassy? what can I do about our problem?

• 3 years ago I met my vietnamese Wife in Ho Chi Minh City. We Married there in Vietnam. I then filed all documents correctly to bring my wife to the USA. I am a good man and my wife a good woman. I have never had trouble with the law and paid my taxes! My wife was a school teacher. We both work in the Christian Church, she is age 35, I age 45. After waiting more than a year We finally got our visa appointment. However the angry african american woman in charge of our case did not give us our visa. Our whole family is sadden by this after waiting so long and spending so much money. We passed our interview with flying colors, my wife and I are like soul mates and she knows me better than anyone. I have spent 6 months in Vietnam and lost thousands of dollars, yet still my wife does not get her visa :( . We have returned to the embassy 2 times and they only say we have not made a decision and we will contact you, but they never did. I do not want to leave Vietnam without my wife. Now my Mom is dyeing, my business has stopped and in another year I may loose my house and everything. I refuse to go home to USA without my Wife. I always thought the US embassy would be there for me, and I am proud to be an american, I was born in the USA and have served my country. Now I am completely sad and feel a banded by my country and our people that I thought would protect me.. I feel abused, discriminated against, victimized. This 3 years seems like 10 years.

  There is always a reason for everything and you would have been told why You have shown you can do nothing out there so return to the US ... get a lawyer.. write to your senator, congressman and anybody else you can think off You obviously did not pass the interview ... did they mention anything about Administrative processing
