Im going to the consulate of honduras this friday in Houston, Texas and I need some info/help.?

It's not going to be easy, but I believe it's going to be possible. A few observations- You're nearly 30, and you're going to drive to Honduras, so I guess you already have a driver's license. I believe that would be enough to get married. (Oh, you have to jump through some other hoops- declare you're capable of being married, the right age, etc.) Your bigger problem is how to become legal. If you're already in the USA and your US Citizen spouse petitions for you, you might be able to become legalized, but this is where it becomes awkward. Once scenario is that you have to go to a consulate outside the USA to get your permanent resident visa. You might do that at any of the consulates along the border- Juarez,Tijuana, Matamoros, etc. Or you might ask for a waiver of this requirement based on your long-term residence, the danger to your children, etc. and see how that goes. It's not going to be easy, but it's something you can't dodge, if you want a Social Security number and to care for your family. Good on ya!
