• I got a Thai passport, but i'm living in england because my mum married a english man. In November i will be going to spain but they would give us the letter in October, so i'm wondering how long it would take for me to get my visa to go to spain (School trip For a week.)

Conditions of Article 1 of the decision: A Member State [Spain] shall not request a visa for school pupils that are not nationals of a Member State [Thailand] but legally residing in another Member Country [U.K.] AND do seek to travel for short stay purposes.
