How can I get my renewal philippine passport immidiately?

I have renewed my passport july 1 and I have to travel by august 1. I already extended my old passport and I can't use it anymore. I heard that it takes 2 months before you can get your new passport. I can't wait any longer because I'm a student from other country. I already payed the rush passport and it cost 1200 pesos with the affidavit of rush passport. Hope I could get it before august 1. Hoping for any help. THANKS.
