well, you can try to contact the ambassador. just don't expect a direct response from her. she'll just have her staff assistant hand it off to whoever handles that particular issue. if it's a consular issue, the consul general will get it, but give it to whichever section deals with that particular problem. but, you'll get some sort of answer.

try calling the operator and saying i need an ambassador, pronto! or maybe hold some people hostage and demand to speak to the ambassador. Hope this works
