SCAM If it's not from an @fco.gov.uk email address it is NOT from any UK embassy @europe.com is a FREE email that is NEVER used by any British government offices. There is no British immigration email that is even remotely like what you put. Somebody is trying to scam you

Every British embassy has a different email addressed, based on where they are. This is not a genuine email a UK embassy would have. Go to your local British embassy's website and to the Contact Us option. It'll be there.
