I have a passport question.

Foreign passport question...?

• i am from Ukraine and need a passport from that country. Have a green card already however need passport from Ukraine to travel outside of US. question one, are the only embassy's in Washington and ny for ukraine? question two, if i live 10 hours away from those states, am I gona have to fly there to get my passport done? or is it done over the phone or something? question 3... how long getting a foreign passport normally takes because I need it ASAP!!!!!! anything will help even if you aren't from this country but needed a foreign passport before!! timing, etc
